3. Choose a convenient payment method

4. Follow the instructions when making a purchase.

Refunds

Cancellation and refund

• If you change your mind about a purchase, you can request a cancellation or refund within 14 days of the payment date, provided you have not downloaded it

• You cannot refuse a purchased digital book that has already been downloaded, unless there are technical flaws in the file of the book that do not allow reading it

• You can request a refund for your purchase within 14 days from the date of payment, provided you have not yet received the book

Return conditions:

1.   For a refund, you need to send a request to the email address  erika.markarova@gpgrant.com with a description of the reason for the return, details for receiving it

2. Refunds are made within a few days of the return being approved by a support employee. Sometimes it takes longer, but no more than 10 working days

Refunds are made in the same way in which the funds were transferred.

Some account replenishment methods do not allow you to make a refund in a similar way (payment through terminals and communication stores, bank transfer), in this case we can offer a refund to a bank account

Depending on the method of return, you must provide the following information:

• Name of account holder

• Account number

• BIC

• TIN

It is not a public offer.
